  • Can I pick up my order?
Demand for Oubie Loophas been amazing! Thank you. We're not offering pickup at this time so that we can concentrate on fulfilling your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery will be by USPS.
  • Oubie Loopis NOT edible.
While Oubie Loop is made from food grade silicone, colorful, and has super delicious sounding names, it is absolutely not meant for consumption of any kind.

Do not eat Oubie Loop or put it anywear near your mouth. A material safety data sheet is available upon request.
  • Is Oubie Loop guaranteed?
We guarantee that your Oubie Loop will be free from functional defect for a period of 14 days. If you believe that you have received a defective unit please contact me at quinnhale@copperkerf.com , and I'll work to get you a replacement as quickly as possible. we will not guarantee the following:
  1. Slight visual imperfections in the color or physical structure of Oubie Loop. These conditions are normal in the production of Oubie Loop and will not affect it's ability to function properly. We also feel it gives them character. 
  2. Any modifications made to Oubie Loop altering it's original condition.  
  3. Given the vast differences in mask styles, and head and nose shape we cannot guarantee that Oubie Loop will work perfectly for your situation. In our testing we were able to make Oubie Loop function with every mask that we threw at it, however it may take some getting used to or adapting to the way that you use your mask. Please read our return policy before you purchase, and understand that we are not offering refunds at this time.
  4. Oubie Loop requires the use of your arms and hands. If you have limited mobility issues you may need assistance in using Oubie Loop.
  • What's your return policy?
Given the nature of the covid-19 pandemic we do not feel that it's a good idea to re-sell used Oubie loop, so we are not offering refunds at this time.

  • What is Oubie Loop made from?
Oubie Loop is currently made from food grade silicone that is designed for long term skin contact. This formulation is often used by the entertainment industry to make prosthetics like fake noses or simulated limbs meant to be applied directly to the individual's skin. A material safety data sheet is availble upon request.
  • Where is Oubie Loop manufactured?
We manufacture Oubie Loop at Copper Kerf LLC located in Lakewood, Ohio in the United States.
  • What colors are offered?
All colors available for immediate purchase can be found in the "Shop" area of this website. We make these in batches so you may find small variations or swirling of color from time to time. Once in a while you will find limited and unique color offerings that we specially formulate. Keep your eyes peeled, and come back often so you don't miss out!
